Where to Download and How to Install VLC Skins:
1. First Download skins from VLC website
http://www.videolan.org/vlc/skins.php
The File extension will be .vlt
2. Copy .vlt files to c:\Program Files\VideoLAN\VLC\skins
3. Switch to skins2.
4. Right click on the top and select skin –> select the skin you like
That’s it your VLC Skin Will be Changed.
