Assign a Shortcut Key For Snipping Tool in Windows Vista

Assign a Shortcut Key For Snipping Tool in Windows Vista:
One of the new tools in Windows Vista is the Snipping Tool. It’s a simple screen capture utility that is a great improvement over the basic Windows Print Screen. The basic Snipping Tool is a small window with three buttons or commands:
1.New (with options for what part of the screen you want to capture)
2.Cancel (after you start a capture)
3.Options for how you want the Snipping Tool to behave.

The Snipping Tool window itself will be invisible in any screen captures you take with it.

The only problem with this tool is that there’s no hotkey to bring up the window. Let’s now see how to overcome it,

1.Click Start Menu–> All Programs.
2.Click the Accessories folder, and you’ll see the Snipping Tool.

3.Right click it and go to the Properties screen.
You’ll see a Shortcut key text box:

4.Assign a hotkey according to your convenience. Here I have here assigned Ctrl + F3 for fast Operation.

I hope this Vista Hack will be useful for you.
