Is there anyway to turnoff the glowing apple logo on the back of my macbook?
Answer:
I personally Love the apple glow it’s so distinctive! 
The apple logo is lit by the back light of the monitor.There is no way to turn it off with out turning the monitor off. But, here is a stupid trick to turnoff of the Apple Logo.
Just Press F1, It will reduce the brightness of display. The apple glow will also be reduced. 
Then Press F2 to increase brightness.
